Under the terms of a
comprehensive Development Management Services Agreement, VisionMaker
Worldwide will oversee, administer and coordinate – on behalf of governments,
Partners, and Clients – all conceptual design, planning &
programming, site selection, financing, architecture & engineering,
project & construction management, marketing & sales, operations
planning and pre-opening activities associated with the development
of world-class entertainment and leisure destinations.
VisionMaker Worldwide's Destination
Development Plan ("DDP")
When a potential Partner
or Client approaches us with a development opportunity – either a
land use concept looking for a site or a site looking for the
highest and-best land use – our recommended first step is
VisionMaker Worldwide's proprietary Destination Development Plan ("DDP").
During this 120-day to
180-day engagement, we thoroughly assess all existing analyses and
planning documents, and ensure that all work (e.g. feasibility
studies, creative concepts, marketing and sales strategies,
financial pro forma analysis, etc.) is of the highest quality and
based upon supportable underlying assumptions. Based upon this work,
VisionMaker Worldwide then delivers a customized DDP document for
project-specific needs to ensure that all Project stakeholders are
thoroughly assured of the project's viability and attractiveness
before moving forward with master planning or schematic design
phases of development.
