Turnkey Operations Management

Under the terms of a comprehensive Operations Management Agreement, VisionMaker Worldwide will oversee, administer and coordinate – on behalf of municipalities, Partners and Clients – all facets of day-to-day operations at entertainment and leisure destinations, including attraction operations, restaurant and retail management, administration, marketing and sales, maintenance, etc.
